Gifted members of our congregation have completed extensive training in this nationally recognized program and have committed to giving care to those who are experiencing all kinds of life needs and circumstances.

Stephen Ministers use prayer, active listening, healthy boundaries, and distinctively christian caring resources in the context of a strictly confidential relationship.

What is the historical biblical precedent for stephen ministry?

In Acts chapter 6, Stephen was chosen to provide caring ministry to those in need. Caring ministry has been a feature of the Christian Faith throughout history and is at the heart of what Stephen Ministers do.
