Director of Ministry Operations

• Support the day-to-day processes of the church.
• Help to develop a culture of teamwork, accountability, and support among staff.
• Develop, encourage, and empower staff and volunteer ministry leaders.
• Work one-on-one with ministry leaders to build and strengthen them and their teams and provide guidance for them. To support the staff in establishing goals that align with Redeemer’s vision.
• Coordinate calendars and events among ministries to assure clear understanding of the “fabric” of dependency and support.
• Work with Senior Pastor to hold Directors accountable for conducting annual ministry reviews in a timely manner.
• Oversee Accounting Manager and Church Secretary
• Oversee Budgets monthly with Accounting Manager and Directors (as needed)
• Coordinate w/ staff and key ministry leaders, and oversee, annual budget exercise for presentation to Finance Team. Participate in all Finance Team meetings. Communicate final budget decisions back to staff.
• Oversee monthly budgets, day-to-day budget questions and preparation of annual budget.
• Property Maintenance, improvements, repairs, and upkeep
• Ensure inspections are up to date.
• Coordinate scheduled repairs/maintenance with contractors.
• Build and oversee the Safety and Security Team
• Educate staff and volunteers on security protocols and plans.
• Build and oversee the Risk Management Team
• Review and implement Redeemer policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with insurance company regarding policies and claims.

• Assure that ministry processes are documented.
• Assure that new staff member manuals and orientation are in place and conducted.

The position is for 30 hours. The salary is $ 48,555.00

SPARK KIDZ ASSISTANT TEACHER

Job Description for Spark Kidz Assistant Teacher:

We are looking for an assistant teacher for the K-2^nd grade class, who have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. They are committed to serving him by attending church regularly and be involved in studying Gods word on a regular basis through a bible study. 

Position Requirements:

• Wednesday mornings from 9:15-11:45 from Sept. to the beginning of June
• Paid Quarterly Planning Sessions and an additional 30 mins paid of planning a week
• Must attend trainings and End of Year Picnic
• Help plan relevant activities related to the curriculum 
• Must be willing to teach at times and possibly lead one activity such as PE or Art. 
• Assist Lead teacher
• Must love children and help create a welcoming environment

A typical day would consist of warm up activities, workbook/Bible stories, P.E., Snack, Art, closing. The teacher is also encouraged to build relationships not only with the children but their caregivers as well. If you think you would be a good fit, contact personnel@redeemer.us

We are looking for a lead teacher for our 3^rd-5^th grade homeschool class, who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. They are committed to serving him by attending church regularly and be involved in studying Gods word on a regular basis through a bible study. 

Position Requirements:

• Wednesday mornings from 9:15-11:45 from Sept. to the beginning of June
• Paid Quarterly Planning Sessions and an additional 1 hour paid of planning a week
• Must attend trainings and End of Year Picnic
• Plan relevant activities related to the curriculum 
• Teaching bible stories and set a schedule with transitions
• Must love children and help create a welcoming environment
• Musical background preferred

• Paid Quarterly Planning Sessions and an additional 30 mins paid of planning a week
• Must attend trainings and End of Year Picnic
• Help plan relevant activities related to the curriculum 
• Must be willing to teach at times and possibly lead activities. 
• Assist Lead teacher
• Must love youth and set up a welcoming environment

A typical day would consist of Bible study/discussion, Games (board or group activities) and STEM or Home Economics lesson.  The teacher is also encouraged to build relationships not only with the students but their caregivers as well.
